Paper and plastic separator

The horizontal paper and plastic separator machine is a specialized equipment used to separate plastic and other non-pulp impurities from laminated paper. Pulp Separator

Pulp Separator is mainly used as ideal equipment for tail pulp treatment in waste paper pulping systems and plays a major role in the separation of impurities such as pulp and plastics. This machine has the characteristics of closed operation, no splashing, high fiber retention rate, low processing cost and quick investment recovery.

In waste paper pulping, due to the different paper quality, there is a lot of residue. This machine can remove light and heavy debris and decompose small pieces of paper in the fiber. It will not block the screen plate, and hard debris will not damage it. Screen plate, the factory does not need to stop operation frequently for cleaning, and it can also be used as a second bulk machine. Pulp Dewatering Machine

Pulp dewatering machine is an improved design imported from foreign prototypes. It uses the principle of rotating micropore filtration to carry out closed and complete filtration treatment of wastewater (ink or white water) generated in the pulping and paper making process. It not only regenerates the lost fibers in the paper making wastewater. Recycling and filtered wastewater can be used twice, making full use of and saving water resources.

Pulp dewatering machine is used for pre-dehydration in paper making and pulping or paper-plastic separation and pulp recycling. After pre-dehydration, the pulp enters the pulping dewatering machine and then is pressed and dehydrated.



Used for fiber recovery in papermaking wastewater
This machine is widely used for the treatment of black and white wastewater generated during concentration, washing, screening, bleaching, copying and other processes in the pulping process.

In the pulping and paper-making process, the loss of fiber is inevitable. Theoretically, the total loss accounts for about 1.5-3% of the total fiber. In fact, the fiber is much higher than this proportion; its recycling value is very considerable; according to the recovery rate of 90 %, calculated based on the daily production capacity of 30 tons of paper, 810Kg of absolutely dry pulp can be recycled every day, and the price is more than 1,000 yuan. Working Principle:

Gravity dehydration area
The sludge from the wastewater treatment plant is pumped into the sludge mixing tank and mixed with the polymer flocculant (Polymer), so that the fine suspended particles in the sludge are formed into latex (Elo) by the bridging effect of the polymer flocculant. The larger particles in the shape are then overflowed from the upper end of the mixing tank into the automatic distribution device of the dewatering machine in a gravity flow manner, so that the latex sludge is evenly distributed on the filter cloth in the gravity dewatering area. The function of the gravity concentration and dehydration zone is to discharge most of the free water outside the latex sludge through the mesh of the filter cloth by gravity to increase the sludge concentration and stabilize the properties of the latex sludge, which is beneficial to subsequent pressing and dewatering operations.

Pressure dehydration area
After the sludge enters the pressure dehydration zone from the gravity dewatering zone, the upper and lower filter cloths begin to gradually pressurize and squeeze the sludge to dehydrate.

Pressurized dehydration area
The sludge moves with the filter cloth into the pressurized dehydration zone. Between the six vertical rollers, the diameter of the rollers is gradually reduced from large to small, and the pressure is gradually increased from small to small. The shearing force on the sludge caused by changing the upper and lower positions of the filter cloth squeezes out the capillary combined water in the latex sludge to produce a drier sludge cake.
