Wood Plastic Compounding Pelletizing Line WPC pelletizing line is mainly granulating those PE/PP with wood powder and other additives through high mixer mixed formulation. The granulated material can go to the WPC Profile Extrusion Line to extrude WPC Profile.
The Main Extruder adopts build block type design, it’s an ideal equipment to extrude WPC formulation Granules.

In wood plastic composite(WPC) production, Especially for PE WPC and PP WPC, it is necessary to compound the materials well before end extrusion for good quality WPC profiles.
The WPC pelletizing lines are used to prepare ‘ready to use raw materials for wood plastic composite products. These WPC granules are finished raw materials for producing WPC deckings, flooring, doors, boards, wall cladding, moulding strips, hollow panels, etc.

Ready-made WPC granules can be processed on Injection moulding technology also for making various odd shape articles. WPC granules are 100% recyclable and reusable in almost all applications of Extrusion and Injection moulding.

2. screw mandrel material: 40CrNiM0, quenching hardness: 300-350
3. adopt the alloy sleeve(A-101) for screw protection, hardness HRC58-64, it will increase the abrasion performance of the barrel
4. cast copper type and cast aluminum heaters for even heating on the barrels.
5. opening machine head for good pressure reduction and higher capacity.
