To optimize the energy consumption of the crusher system, an energy-saving system can be constructed from four aspects: motor selection, grinding process, waste heat recovery, and equipment maintenance:
Motor selection: Choose IE4/IE5 high-efficiency motors, match power according to actual workload, and adjust speed with a frequency converter to avoid inefficient operation and reduce motor energy consumption.
Grinding process: Optimize parameters such as grinding speed and feed rate, improve the design of spiral blades and increase the structure of the grinding chamber with grading wheels to enhance grinding efficiency and reduce energy consumption per unit output.
Waste heat recovery: The waste heat generated during the grinding process (50-80 ℃) is recovered and used for material preheating or heating needs through a heat exchanger, reducing energy waste.
Equipment maintenance: Regularly maintain the transmission system (such as adjusting belt tightness, lubricating bearings), clean the grinding room, and calibrate electrical sensors. Combine IoT sensors to monitor vibration, temperature, and other parameters in real time, warn of faults, optimize control accuracy, and maintain efficient equipment operation.
