Single Shaft Wood Shredder

Our single shaft shredders utilize a “V”-shaped rotary cutter design mounted on a solid rotor, paired with stationary bed knives and a hydraulically actuated pusher ram for consistent material feed into the cutting zone. This configuration excels at producing highly homogeneous output with controlled particle size. Key features include DC53 hardened tool steel rotor knives with four usable edges (90° indexable rotation), optional tungsten surface coating for abrasive applications such as MDF and particleboard, external bearing housing design for waterproof and dustproof protection, a screen unit with multiple mesh configurations and automatic safety stop, and a hydraulic station with adjustable pressure/flow rates. Minimum output size is 20 mm, customizable per application.
