Waste Plastic Recycling Hydraulic Press Machine Casting Process:
The process is divided into feeding, mold closing, exhausting, curing, demoulding and mold cleaning. If the product has inserts that need to be sealed during molding, the inserts should be placed before adding materials. The main controlled process conditions are pressure, mold temperature and molding time. In addition, there is a special form of molding method, which is to compact the powdered plastic first, then take out the blank from the mold, heat it in a furnace to the melting point, so that the plastic particles melt into a whole, and after cooling, the finished product or semi-finished product is obtained . This method is called sintering molding and is mainly used for the molding of polytetrafluoroethylene.
