When the machine is started and the glue comes out from the template, the middle template shall be dropped into place and the test machine shall continue. In the normal production process, this method can also extend the service life of plastic granulation machine die head).
Check whether the current indicating value of each hub heater is normal, and the heating time should be sufficient. Generally, after meeting the process requirements, the temperature should be constant for about 5 minutes, and the manual turning is more light.
Start the main motor of the waste plastic granulator pelletizer (when configuring the speed regulating motor or installing the frequency converter, first adjust the speed regulating or frequency conversion knob to the low-speed 5HZ~15HZ, and then start the motor, the speed regulation process should be uniform and slow, the speed should gradually increase). Pay attention to the change of the motor current.
If auxiliary feeding system, cooling system and lubrication system are installed, start auxiliary feeding system, cooling system and lubrication system.
If there is no abnormality when the waste plastic granulator pelletizer rotates, it can start blanking, preferably with a little blanking, until there is material extrusion. Barrel feed is above the funnel, with spiral feed; The snakeskin bag is underneath the funnel, with a spiral. Barrel material should not be fed to the lower funnel, lest feeding too fast, may block the main screw. At this time, check whether the curing degree of the rubber material and the required temperature of the cartridge mouth is normal until the die head has a certain amount of rubber material extrusion, then the machine can be stopped, the filter screen, mobile screen plate. Small plastic granulators can only feed barrel material, snakeskin bag material because there is no screw feed to the main screw.
