Safety preparation
Turn off the main power of the equipment and lock it with a tag, cut off the hydraulic system pressure to ensure maintenance safety.
Prepare specialized tools (such as hydraulic puller, torque wrench) and new blades that meet equipment requirements, and wear protective equipment such as cut resistant gloves and goggles.
Disassemble the old blade
Clean the accumulated material and corroded parts inside the knife box, use a hydraulic puller to apply pressure in stages or assist with disassembly with heating tools, and keep the blade level during the lifting process.
After disassembly, check the wear of the keyway and rotor shaft, clean burrs, and ensure a smooth mating surface.
Install a new blade
Apply lubricating grease to the working surface of the blade, apply thread glue to the keyway, and use laser alignment to ensure that the end face runout of the blade meets the requirements.
Tighten the bolts symmetrically in stages to the specified torque, and adjust the gap between the blade and the lining plate to a reasonable range.
Acceptance testing+
Run the equipment without load and monitor whether the bearing temperature, vibration, and noise are normal.
Gradually increase the load to full load and regularly check the blade fastening status and operational stability.

Blade disassembly

1. Remove the fastening screws and dismantle the feeding hopper.

2.Remove the fastening screws and disassemble the motor.

3.Remove the fastening screws and disassemble the gearbox.

4. Remove the fastening screws and sequentially disassemble the bearing seat and other components.

5.Lift the knife roller vertically upwards.

6.Wipe the new blade.

7. Install a new tool (lubricating oil can be applied to the spindle).

8.After the tool replacement is completed, please install the tool in reverse according to the above steps.
