3. PP Bag Squeezing Pelletizer Machine
The PP bag extrusion granulator integrates cleaning, dewatering, and granulation functions, playing a pivotal role in plastic product processing, especially in resolving the dewatering issues of traditional soft films or filamentous plastics. Traditional centrifugal dewatering machines can only dry 15 – 20% of the final product effectively; when using multi-stage air conveying and hot-air drying, the short drying time leaves about 10% moisture in the materials, along with high power consumption. This makes it tough for customers to handle recycled materials and results in finished products with poor market competitiveness. Emerging against this backdrop, the extrusion granulator can easily control the moisture of cleaned materials within 3%. The woven bag enters the extruder screw and the screw from the feed port, and the squeezed screw is extruded to the discharge port. In this process, the plasticized material is squeezed, and the moisture flows from the leakage tank, and the cutting knife cuts the extruded semi-plastic dry plastic into a granular shape. The fan delivers the particulate material to the silo while cooling the plastic particles of the cut.
