Recycling Processes

Collection and sorting:
Waste HDPE bottles are first collected and initially sorted to ensure that those entering the recycling process are predominantly made of HDPE.
Crushing:
The sorted HDPE bottles are fed into a crusher for crushing. The crusher breaks the bottles into smaller pieces or particles for subsequent processing and cleaning.
Washing:
The crushed HDPE bottle fragments enter the cleaning system. The cleaning system removes dirt, grease and other impurities attached to the surface of the fragments through water immersion and mechanical agitation.
Dehydration and drying:
The cleaned HDPE bottle fragments need to be dewatered and dried to remove excess water.
Pelletizing:
The dewatered and dried HDPE bottle chips are fed into a granulator for pelletizing. The pelletizer processes the chips into uniform plastic pellets.
