No-load test
When the pellet machine is installed, the no-load test can be carried out. Please check the following steps:
1, check whether the fixed bolt of pellet motor knife and fixed knife is firm;
2, check and adjust the distance between the pellet motor blade mouth in more than 1 mm, can also be determined according to the process requirements of the processing material adjustment distance (with the feeler correction);
3. When adjusting the knife, remove the side plate of the base, pull the belt by hand, so that the main shaft rotates, so that the knife passes through 6 fixed knives, and each intersection knife is measured by the plug ruler. When the 6 fixed knives are in the same gap, the fixed knife holder is fixed;
4, using a ~ stop inching mode, check whether the steering of the motor is in line with the provisions, if the rotation direction is not in line, adjust the motor wiring and then try the rotation direction in the same way;
5, start the no-load operation for one hour, check whether the machine is running smoothly during operation, there should be no impact and obvious vibration, through an hour after starting, stop to check the fixed bolts and nuts should be no loose phenomenon;
6. Test the water supply device and whether the running direction of the oil pump motor is consistent with the mark.

Instructions
(I) Preparatory work before operation:
1. Check whether there are sundries and miscellaneous materials in the cylinder of the pellet machine;

(2) Operation:

2. (3) Requirements for processed materials:
