We select from premium materials including wheel steel, 60Si2Mn, Cr12MoV, and SKD-11, then subject each blade to rigorous heat treatment and cryogenic processing. This ensures optimal hardness with minimal internal stress, eliminating deformation while delivering exceptional wear resistance and cutting efficiency.

Production process :
Feeding → Forging → Annealing → Roughing → Quenching → Tempering → Cold treatment → Tempering → Finishing → Tempering → Finishing → Inspection → Packing

Packaging:
1. PE coated wax paper or plastic film – isolate the moisture in the air, to achieve the purpose of rust prevention
2. Foam packaging – to prevent impact and protect the edge
3. Corrugated carton or wooden box – to enhance protection and stacking ability
