Application：

Working Principle：
Raw material preparation and melting: The plastic raw materials are mixed and heated to a molten state.
Extrusion: The molten plastic moves forward under the action of the screw of the extruder and is extruded uniformly.
Hot Die Cutting: The molten plastic is cut into uniform pellets as soon as it touches the hot die surface, which helps the surface of the pellets to cool and cure quickly.
Cooling and Shaping: The cut pellets are further cooled and shaped by a cooling system.
Sieving and Packaging: The cooled pellets are sieved to remove impurities and finally packaged into finished products.
