Its production capacity is flexible and adjustable (300-3000 kg/hour). The process flow covers key steps such as unboxing pretreatment, multi-stage cleaning (including water washing, chemical cleaning, hot washing, friction cleaning, etc.), intelligent sorting, metal detection and removal, fine crushing, float washing purification, rinsing to remove residues, efficient dehydration and drying, and final detection and packaging. Through advanced technology and automation control, it achieves an efficient, energy-saving, environmentally friendly and safe production process, ensuring that the recycled bottle pieces have high-quality characteristics such as high purity, low moisture content and uniform color, meeting the needs of multiple industries such as fiber manufacturing and packaging materials, and effectively promoting resource recycling and sustainable development.
PET Bottle Recycling Line Process Flow:
