PE Pulverizer Automation Upgrade: Driving an Efficiency Revolution

Time:2025-07-17

Current background

In the field of plastic processing, the production process of grinding plastic particles into powder in the past mainly relied on manual operations: unpacking, adding raw materials, weighing, and stacking finished products all had to be manually completed by workers. This method is not only slow and costly, but also prone to issues such as inaccurate weight and operational risks. Nowadays, with the advancement of technology, this industry is undergoing tremendous changes – through the combination of a complete set of automation equipment and intelligent management technology, plastic powder production has achieved a new mode of “less manual labor, continuous operation, and lower losses”, and production efficiency and safety have been significantly improved.

Automated Equipment Clusters: Establishing Autonomous Production Cycles

Automated unpacking system
Adopting an intelligent bag removal robot, automatic bag removal is achieved through precise grasping and cutting technology of the robotic arm, with a processing speed of tens of bags per minute and an efficiency improvement of 5-8 times compared to manual labor.

Intelligent feeding and buffering system
After unpacking, the raw materials enter the buffer bin, where a built-in sensor monitors the material level in real time. When the level falls below the threshold, the vacuum feeder automatically starts and stably transports the materials to the grinding machine, completely solving the problems of material breakage and blockage and ensuring continuous full load operation of the equipment.

Intelligent grinding control and high-precision packaging
The grinding machine is equipped with a frequency conversion speed control system, which automatically adjusts the grinding parameters according to the characteristics of the raw materials; After screening, the powder enters the high-precision measuring system (error ≤ 0.5%), and the automatic packaging machine completes the bagging and sealing, with an error much lower than 3% -5% of manual operation.

Automatic palletizing system
The finished bags are transported to the palletizing area through a conveyor belt, and the robot grabs and stacks them according to a preset program. The hourly palletizing volume reaches 800-1200 bags, suitable for multiple specifications of packaging bags, while reducing the risk of waist damage caused by manual handling.

Construction of unmanned production closed-loop
Through the deep integration of device clusters and intelligent management systems, an unmanned production line covering the entire process from raw materials to finished products is formed, achieving a modern production mode of “few people on duty, high continuity, and low loss”.
