Compact structure, lightweight, easy and rapid installation.
The filter is easy to replace and can be equipped with filters of different specifications to adapt to different water quality treatment requirements.
Low power consumption, smooth operation and low noise.
The total investment cost of equipment and supporting projects is low, and the investment recovery period is short (the entire investment can be recovered within 3-6 months).
The efficiency is 8-10 times that of the inclined screen.
The recovery rate of fiber, various sugar raw materials, chemical raw materials, soy sauce raw materials, brewing raw materials, etc. is high, generally reaching more than 90%.
Paper pulp dewatering machine is an improved design imported from foreign prototypes. It uses the principle of rotating micropore filtration to carry out closed and complete filtration treatment of wastewater (ink or white water) generated in the pulping and paper making process. It not only regenerates the lost fibers in the paper-making wastewater. Recycling and filtered wastewater can be used twice, making full use of and saving water resources.
Pulp dewatering machine is used for pre-dehydration in paper making and pulping or paper-plastic separation and pulp recycling. After pre-dehydration, the pulp enters the pulping dewatering machine and then is pressed and dehydrated.
Paper Pulp Dewatering Machine Purpose:
Used for fiber recovery in papermaking wastewater
This Paper pulp dewatering machine is widely used for the treatment of black and white wastewater generated during concentration, washing, screening, bleaching, copying and other processes in the pulping process.
In the pulping and paper-making process, the loss of fiber is inevitable. Theoretically, the total loss accounts for about 1.5-3% of the total fiber. In fact, the fiber is much higher than this proportion; its recycling value is very considerable; according to the recovery rate of 90 %, calculated based on the daily production capacity of 30 tons of paper, 810Kg of absolutely dry pulp can be recycled every day, and the price is more than 1,000 yuan. The economic benefits are quite obvious.
Used for water purification in textile printing and dyeing, food, tap water, power plants and other industries.
This Paper pulp dewatering machine is suitable for the purification treatment of clean water in the above-mentioned industries so that various indicators can meet the requirements stipulated by the state.

Note: 1. This filtration capacity is for 50-60 mesh wire mesh filtration for pulping and paper making. The capacity for various filter residues, such as raw water filtration, can be 3-7 times the parameter.
Working principle and structural performance
This Paper pulp dewatering machine mainly consists of three parts: a microfiltration system with a rotating diversion structure, a water spray aggregate system and a transmission system. The wastewater enters the closed cage from the water inlet. When flowing through the filter, it is fixed on the inner wall of the mesh drum. The spiral diversion device adsorbs the fibers on the mesh. When the mesh cage rotates to the upper part, the fibers are collected in the hopper through the pressure water spray collecting system and discharged centrally to the slurry storage tank (some need to be concentrated ), realize recycling and the filtered wastewater flows to the designated location. The filter screen adopts 60 mesh to 120 mesh stainless steel or plastic mesh. The user can select according to the properties of the slurry. During use, due to the presence of certain acid and alkali substances in the wastewater, the filter screen will inevitably be eroded, resulting in the “lake net” phenomenon. , generally, the filter should be cleaned or replaced every 3-6 months.
Impurities such as sand, gravel, grass, grass knots, and plastics in the wastewater are always deposited at the bottom of the net when the cage rotates, and can be discharged regularly through the slag discharge port.
