Paper Pulp Dewatering Machine Description:

Paper pulp dewatering machine is an improved design imported from foreign prototypes. It uses the principle of rotating micropore filtration to carry out closed and complete filtration treatment of wastewater (ink or white water) generated in the pulping and paper making process. It not only regenerates the lost fibers in the paper-making wastewater. Recycling and filtered wastewater can be used twice, making full use of and saving water resources.
Pulp dewatering machine is used for pre-dehydration in paper making and pulping or paper-plastic separation and pulp recycling. After pre-dehydration, the pulp enters the pulping dewatering machine and then is pressed and dehydrated.

Note: 1. This filtration capacity is for 50-60 mesh wire mesh filtration for pulping and paper making. The capacity for various filter residues, such as raw water filtration, can be 3-7 times the parameter.

 

Working principle and structural performance

This Paper pulp dewatering machine mainly consists of three parts: a microfiltration system with a rotating diversion structure, a water spray aggregate system and a transmission system. The wastewater enters the closed cage from the water inlet. When flowing through the filter, it is fixed on the inner wall of the mesh drum. The spiral diversion device adsorbs the fibers on the mesh. When the mesh cage rotates to the upper part, the fibers are collected in the hopper through the pressure water spray collecting system and discharged centrally to the slurry storage tank (some need to be concentrated ), realize recycling and the filtered wastewater flows to the designated location. The filter screen adopts 60 mesh to 120 mesh stainless steel or plastic mesh. The user can select according to the properties of the slurry. During use, due to the presence of certain acid and alkali substances in the wastewater, the filter screen will inevitably be eroded, resulting in the “lake net” phenomenon. , generally, the filter should be cleaned or replaced every 3-6 months.
Impurities such as sand, gravel, grass, grass knots, and plastics in the wastewater are always deposited at the bottom of the net when the cage rotates, and can be discharged regularly through the slag discharge port.
