Introduction
Nonwoven fabrics, also known as nonwovens, are materials made directly from fibers or filaments into fabrics without the need for spinning and weaving processes. Its characteristics include lightweight and soft, breathable and waterproof, and environmentally friendly and biodegradable. Nonwoven fabrics are made through a variety of processes such as hydroentanglement, thermobonding, and air-flow netting, and are widely used in a variety of fields such as medical care, hygiene, home décor, apparel, and industry.
Fields of application
Nonwoven fabric, a high-performance nonwoven material, is widely used in specialized fields such as medical (e.g., masks, surgical gowns), industrial (filtration, insulating materials), agricultural (rice planting cloths, irrigation cloths) and environmental protection (air purification). Its unique properties, such as air permeability, barrier properties, moisture absorption, durability, etc., provide efficient solutions in various fields.
Squeeze Screw
The screw is a whole round steel raw material cutting, no welding, the material selected is 38CrMoAi senior nitride steel. It has the characteristics of anti-wear and anti-fatigue, high strength, etc. After processing and forming, it is nitrided, quenched and straightened for several times.
Barrel
The barrel is also cut from whole round steel without welding, and the material chosen is 38CrMoAi high grade nitride steel. It has the characteristics of anti-wear and anti-fatigue, high strength, etc. After processing and forming, it is nitrided, quenched and straightened for several times.
Processes
Shredding
The collated nonwoven fabrics are fed into the shredder, which breaks them into smaller pieces through powerful shearing force. The design and speed of the shredder need to be adjusted according to the material and thickness of the nonwoven fabric. Fine Crushing
Send the shredded nonwoven fabric fragments into the fine crusher, through further crushing and grinding, it will be processed into finer particles or powder materials. Cleaning
Use professional cleaning equipment and cleaning agent to thoroughly clean the crushed nonwoven fabric fragments. During the cleaning process, water temperature, cleaning agent concentration and cleaning time should be controlled. Drying
Use dryer or hot air oven to dry the cleaned nonwoven fabric fragments. Melt extrusion
The dried nonwoven fabric fragments are fed into the melt extruder, which melts and extrudes them into strips under high temperature and high pressure. Pelletizing
The melted and extruded material is fed into the granulator, which cuts it into uniform granules by rotating blades. screening
Screening equipment is used to screen the granules after pelletizing to remove non-compliant particles and impurities. Storage
Place the graded nonwoven granules into sealed silos or bags for storage to prevent moisture and contamination. The storage environment should be kept dry, ventilated and clean.
Recycling Advantages
High efficiency: mechanical recycling can process nonwoven waste in large scale and quickly, and improve the recycling efficiency.
High degree of automation: modern mechanical equipment can realize automated operation, reduce manual intervention, lower labor intensity, and improve the stability and reliability of the recycling process.
High resource utilization: mechanical recycling can more thoroughly separate and extract the useful components in the nonwoven fabrics and reduce the content of impurities.
Reduced environmental pollution: The mechanical recycling process, through precise control and treatment, can reduce the pollution of the waste to the environment and reduce the emission of harmful substances generated during the treatment process.
Reduced production costs: Compared with production directly from raw materials, mechanically recycled nonwovens can significantly reduce production costs.
