The PNMF series LLDPE pulverizer machine is available with grinding disc diameters ranging from 300mm to 800mm. These high-speed, precision grinders are engineered for processing medium-hard, impact-resistant, and friable plastic materials.
Material is fed through the center of a vertically fixed grinding disc that is mounted concentrically with an identical high-speed rotating disc. Centrifugal force propels the material through the grinding zone, and the resulting fine powder is collected via an integrated blower and cyclone separation system. Depending on your application, the machine can be fitted with either one-piece solid grinding discs or segmented grinding discs for easier maintenance.
The standard machine configuration includes an electric motor, disc-type blades, a feeding blower, a vibrating sieve, and a dust removal system. Optional accessories are available to enhance automation and efficiency, including a variable frequency converter, vacuum loader, screw conveyor, magnetic separator, metal detector, chiller unit, pulse-jet dust collector, and an integrated metering and weighing packaging system.
