The system achieves efficient friction heat generation and precise temperature control through nitriding hardening treatment of 316L stainless steel impeller and dual plane dynamic balancing process, combined with stainless steel lining and conductive oil sleeve. The pot lid adopts a double-layer lip seal structure combined with a high-pressure air pulse self-cleaning system to ensure leak prevention and zero residual emissions throughout the process. The discharge device supports dual modes of automatic triggering of temperature threshold and manual emergency, which can flexibly adapt to the high shear plasticization needs of hard PVC and low-temperature sensitive processing scenarios of soft PVC.
