Loading: After the material is fed, the chamber is closed by filling the material elevator;
Tearing: The gear motor drives the blade shaft to rotate in the opposite direction, using cutting, shredding, extrusion, and crushing processes to crush and process materials, and synchronously achieve preliminary disinfection of waste;
Vacuum: Start the vacuum pump to evacuate the internal chamber, while maintaining the set pressure and temperature in the interlayer to ensure effective operation of the drying chamber;
Heating: Inject steam into the chamber by intermittently opening the exhaust valve to start the heating program;
Sterilization: Start timing after reaching the set sterilization temperature, control the intake valve through the temperature and pressure inside the chamber, and maintain the common chamber within the sterilization temperature range;
Cooling: After sterilization is completed, inject coolant into the inner cavity to lower it to the set temperature;
Discharge: Open the bottom discharge valve to discharge the water in the chamber, and enter the drying stage after the pressure drops to the set value;
Unloading: Open the material bottom department and unload the processed material to the transfer vehicle through the reverse valve, completing the entire process.
