Components of Industrial Powder Mixer Horizontal PVC Mixer Machine
The industrial powder mixer consists of seven main components: frame, transmission system, mixing pot, lifting mechanism, discharge port, and electric control box. The entire machine adopts a fully enclosed structure with a rational and aesthetically pleasing design.
Mixing Pot: The pot body is constructed from stainless steel with an extremely smooth, hardened inner surface. It offers excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and non-stick properties to prevent material adhesion. The pot features a heating jacket and a resistance heating ring. Temperature is uniformly transmitted to the pot body through high flash point thermal conduction oil circulating in the heating jacket. Material temperature is precisely controlled through adjustable temperature settings. An asbestos insulation layer is installed outside the jacket to minimize heat loss.
Pot Lid: The lid is cast from aluminum alloy with a finely polished inner surface. Once lifted by the cylinder, it can rotate vertically and horizontally clockwise (up to 70°). The lid is equipped with openings for adding resin, plasticizer, and stabilizer, as well as vent holes. Users can arrange these according to their specific process requirements. When rotating the lid, avoid excessive force to prevent damage to the pot wall. A motor protection interlock is specially installed to prevent accidents caused by unexpected lid opening or stirring blade rotation.
