Common hard PVC waste mainly includes PVC pipe waste generated during production and processing, PVC door and window profile waste, and waste of other hard PVC products (such as hard PVC boards, hard PVC films, etc.). These wastes are usually generated due to improper size, defects, or cutting, polishing, and other processes, and contain a large amount of hard PVC components. Process flow

Crushing and Grinding: The collected hard PVC waste is sent to a crusher for crushing, breaking it into smaller pieces. Subsequently, these fragments will enter the grinding machine for further grinding to obtain finer PVC powder.
Screening and Separation: After crushing and grinding, PVC powder needs to be screened by a screening machine to remove impurities and particles that do not meet the requirements.
Melting and granulation: The screened PVC powder is fed into a melting extruder for melting treatment. During the melting process, PVC powder is heated to a molten state and extruded into continuous plastic strips through an extruder. Subsequently, these plastic strips will be cut into particles of a certain length, namely PVC recycled particles.
