Integrated sterilizer with shredder is an ideal solution for hospitals and healthcare centers to safely dispose of infectious medical waste. After loading, the medical waste will be shredded through the built-in shredder and then sterilized. The whole process is completed in one closed vessel, which ensures no exposure to stink. Integrated Sterilizer With Shredder Equipment components:
1. One machine by the body, sealed doors, stirring mechanism, broken bodies, piping systems and control systems and other components

Integrated Sterilizer With Shredder Process:
Medical waste into the cavity from the top of the door seal after full top seal the door closed and locked, the operator has to run one machine preset sound processing program, the program is run as follows:
1. Loading: After feeding the material through the fill material hoist closed;
2. Shredding: Gear motor drive shaft counter-rotating blade, blade material through the cut, shredded and squeezed, crushing processing; range for sterilization of the waste.
3. Vacuum: Vacuum the inner chamber of the sterilizer, enter steam operation and repeat several times (generally take three times), then vacuum again, and after the pressure of the inner chamber reaches the lower limit of pulsation, the program turns to the temperature-raising stage. After this stage, the cold air exclusion rate of the inner chamber can reach more than 99% to ensure that there is no dead spot in the inner chamber and the sterilization is qualified. (The set parameters are: pulsation three times, pulsation upper and lower limits are: Shi 80Kpa. Parameters can be adjusted).
4. Heating: Steam enters the inner chamber through the sterilizer sandwich to heat the waste, while the inner chamber trap opens intermittently to discharge the water produced by steam condensation. After the temperature of the inner chamber reaches the set value (generally taken as 134℃) the program turns to the sterilization stage.
5. Sterilization: After reaching the sterilizing temperature sterilization start timing, in the chamber during an intake valve by the temperature and pressure within the chamber is controlled to ensure that the common chamber is kept within a certain temperature range for sterilization of the waste.
6. Exhaust: The bottom discharge valve is opened, the water inside the discharge chamber, the pressure within the chamber drops to the set value, the program branches drying stage;
7. Dry: the vacuum pump opens to evacuate the inner chamber, while the sandwich maintains a certain pressure and temperature, which plays the role of drying the inner chamber drying time (generally takes 12-15min, in 0-99min can be set at will) to after the exhaust valve and vacuum pump closed, back to the air valve open, so that the inner chamber back to zero pressure. When the inner chamber pressure rises to -10KPa, the program turns to the end stage.
8. Uninstall: Open the door at the bottom of the material and the material backstop unloads the material to the material transfer vehicle.
