Working Principle

The working principle of HDPE plastic drum oil drum pelletizer covers the whole process from crushing to final pelletizing. Firstly, the waste HDPE plastic drums and oil drums are crushed into small pieces through the crushing system for subsequent processing. Next, these small pieces of plastic are fed into the melting system, where they are gradually melted at high temperatures and form a highly viscous plastic material. Subsequently, the molten plastic material is pushed and compacted by a high pressure screw in the extrusion system and molded through a die. The molded plastic material is cooled by the cooling system and then enters the pelletizing system, where it is cut into uniformly sized plastic pellets by means of cutting equipment such as rotating blades or scissors.
