Our HDPE pipe extrusion line is a complete production system built around a high-performance single-screw extruder. The extruder melts and plasticizes HDPE raw material, which is then formed into solid-wall pipe through a precision-engineered pipe die. This machine is widely used for manufacturing HDPE solid pipes in various diameters and wall thicknesses. The die head assembly is available in either a basket-style or spiral-mandrel composite design, both offering easy flow adjustment and uniform circumferential discharge. The sizing sleeve uses a slotted vacuum calibration system with water-ring cooling to guarantee precise outer diameter control and roundness tolerance.

HDPE Pipe Extrusion Line Main Components:

Spiral Typpe Die head:
The spiral-type die head ensures stable wall thickness of PE pipe even at higher output.
It can produce pipe up to 630 mm.
A low-pressure diagonal channel with spiral mixing part ensures extrusion at low temperatures and homogeneous plasticization.

Screw And Barrel:
The screw adopts barrier-type mixing zone.
The barrel feeding zone is groove feed bush and made of hard alloy.
It is result higher output rates, homogeneous plasticizing and material slippage.

Vacuum Tank:
Special design vacuum sizing can ensure the stability of diameter and roundness even when producing the pipe with higher wall thickness.
The water spray unit produces high speed spray vortex to achieve fine and even cooling effect.

Multiple Aim Haul Off:
We provide multiple arm haul olff which is used for PVC pipes. It has multiple arms maximum of up to six for the diameter of 630 mm. The multiple arm haul-off provides perfect roundness of higher-diameter pipes. Developed using high grade steel, our gamut meets the requirements of clients.

Planetary Cutting Saw:
We present an industrial cutting saw that comes with a special hard alloy saw blade that is used for cutting heavy caliber thick wall pipes of diameter up to 630 mm. The cutting process in planetary cutting saw is PLC controlled. It also has saw dust powerful sucking device that ensures dust-free cutting.
