Plastic extruders are one of the most widely used mechanical equipment in the plastics processing industry for the production of a wide range of plastic products. The following Wanrooetech Machinery introduces the extrusion molding principle of plastic extruders.

PVC Compounding Pelletizer, PVC Compounding Pelletizing Machine, PVC compounding Plant, PVC Extruder

The extrusion method of a plastic extruder generally refers to melting plastic at a high temperature of about 200 degrees, and the molten plastic forms the desired shape when it passes through the mold. Extrusion molding of plastic extruders requires a deep understanding of plastic properties and extensive experience in mold design and is a highly technically demanding molding method.
Extrusion is a method in which a material is continuously passed through a die by heating and pressurization in a plastic extruder, which is also referred to as “extrusion”. Compared with other molding methods, it has the advantages of high efficiency and low unit cost. Extrusion is mainly used for the molding of thermoplastics and for some thermosets. Products extruded from plastic extruders are continuous profiles such as tubes, rods, wires, sheets, films, wire and cable coatings, and the like. In addition, it can also be used for mixing, plasticizing, granulating, coloring, blending, etc. of plastics.

Products extruded from plastic extruders can be referred to as “profiles” and are also referred to as “profiles” because they are mostly irregular in cross-sectional shape.

WANROOETECH Machinery specializes in the production and sales of extruders, plastic extruders, Twin Screw Extruder, Single Screw Extruder, Co-rotating Twin Screw Extruder, Parallel Twin Screw Extruder, Conical Twin Screw Extruder, etc.
