Working principle

The equipment adopts the principle of single axis rotation shear, driven by a high torque motor to generate staggered tearing force on the alloy knife roller, and matched with an adjustable fixed knife to control the discharge size. The unique blade spiral arrangement design combined with the hydraulic pressing system automatically compacts loose materials and prevents entanglement and jamming during the shredding process. The intelligent load sensing module monitors the motor power in real time and automatically reverses to avoid encountering superhard impurities. The sealed box body welded with thickened steel plate and the multi-layer labyrinth structure bearing seat ensure that metal dust, damp debris and other pollutants cannot enter the core transmission components, and guarantee the long-term operation of the equipment under harsh working conditions from the mechanical structure level.
