Processing

After cleaning (and if necessary, drying), the palm fruit is fed into the crusher feed inlet through a conveyor belt or manually. The rotating blades and hammers inside the crusher apply mechanical force to crush it into small particles or flakes. This process requires controlling parameters such as crusher speed, feed rate, and gap between crushing elements to ensure consistent crushing effect; At the same time, the screening device equipped with the crusher can adjust the size of the sieve holes according to demand. Large particles that do not meet the size requirements will be returned to the crusher for re crushing until they meet the standards; Moreover, the size of the crushed palm fruit particles affects the subsequent pressing efficiency. Generally, smaller particles can fully and completely contact the surface of the press, which can improve the pressing efficiency.
