Dental Clinical Waste Disposal Management Autoclave Shredder Structure & Characteristics:
1. The chamber is a vertical pressure vessel with a jacket, good for pre-heating, drying and continuous operation. It is made of stainless steel SUS304. The inside surface is mechanically polished. smooth and with no blind angle, can meet GMP standards.
2. Feeding port is on the top of the machine with an electric sliding door sealed with a gasket. The pneumatic lifting discharge door, which is safe and reliable, is on the bottom.

Water supply & vacuum system
1. Water supply system is composed of a pump, level controller, angle valve, non-return valve, etc. The user connects the water to the pump, the system starts working automatically. When the water reaches the set level, the electric heater starts working to produce steam. When the steam temperature reaches a set degree, the autoclave starts sterilization for shredded waste.
2. Vacuum system is composed of a vacuum pump, water separator, non-return valve, vacuum valve and water pipe. This is for removing wet and hot steam from the chamber after sterilization for cooling and drying.
Control System

Medical waste is into the cavity from the top of the door seal after the full top seal the door is closed and locked, the operator has to run one machine preset sound processing program, the program is run as follows:
1. Loading: Start the machine, open the feeding port at the top, and feed medical waste of about 80 liters. Close the door and confirm. And manually close the lock of the unloading port at the bottom.
2. Shredding: Start double shaft shredding system to shred medical waste. At the same time, supply pure water into the jacket to set the level. Start the electric heater. PTC heating system of discharging port at the bottom also Temperatureof134 ℃ ~ 138℃..
3. Vacuum: Vacuum the inner cavity of the sterilizer, enter steam operation, repeat several times (generally take three times), then vacuum again, after the pressure of the inner cavity reaches the lower limit of pulsation, the program turns into the heating stage. After this stage, the cold air exclusion rate of the inner cavity can reach more than 99% to ensure that there are no dead corners in the inner cavity and that sterilization is qualified. (The set parameters are: pulsation three times, pulsation upper and lower limits are. (The parameters can be adjusted).
4. Heating: Steam enters the inner chamber through the sterilizer sandwich and heats the waste, while the inner chamber trap opens intermittently to discharge the water produced by steam condensation. When the temperature of the inner chamber reaches the set value (generally taken as 134°C), the program moves to the sterilization phase.
5. Sterilization: When the pressure in the jacket reaches a set value, Open connecting valve. Steam enters the chamber from the jacket. When the temperature in the chamber REACHES 134℃ ~ 138℃, Keep for 4 ~ 10 minutes.
6. Exhaust: The bottom outlet valve opens to discharge the water and exhaust gas in the outlet chamber, and the pressure in the chamber drops to the set value and enters the program branch drying stage.
7. Dry: The vacuum pump opens to make the inner cavity evacuate, while the sandwich maintains a certain pressure and temperature to play the role of drying, the inner cavity drying time (generally needs 12-15min, in 0-99min can be set at will) to the exhaust valve and the vacuum pump close, the return valve opens to make the inner cavity back to zero pressure. When the pressure in the inner cavity rises to -10KPa, the program turns to the end stage.
8. Uninstall: Open the door at the bottom of the material and unload the material to the material transfer car.
