Pulsating Vacuum biomedical waste management horizontal autoclave machine with the features of PLC and HMI automatic program control, automatic temperature recording and printing, vacuum drying, etc. Biomedical waste management horizontal autoclave machine is suitable for hospitals, pharmaceutical factories, scientific research institutes and other units to sterilize and dry clothing, dressings, metal instruments, culture medium, etc.

Centralized biomedical waste management horizontal autoclave machine YG Series is applied for commercial medical waste disposal plants, which provide picking up, processing and disposal services of medical waste collected from nearby hospitals and healthcare institutes.

In YG Series, the disposal capacity of a single unit is from 1 ton to 20 tons per day (based on 2 shifts, 16 working hours one day, and more shifts are allowed). MWC has higher efficiency and lower operation cost.

In YG series, the biomedical waste management horizontal autoclave machine and shredder work independently. Medical waste is firstly sterilized in the autoclave for a regulated period (according to local regulation) and then transferred into the medical waste shredder. For transferring medical waste a semi-automated or a fully-automated transfer line is optional to reduce the manpower.

1. Vessels are designed to the China National Standard-GB150(Steel Pressure Vessel)
2. National Patent door interlock device.
3. National Patent sealing technology closed inflatable seal ring with compressed air.
4. Control system is integrated by PLC and HMI, an advanced function for recording, printing, and storing.
5. The GMP validation port is provided for the insertion of 16 temperature sensors for validation.
6. Independent temperature monitoring system.
