Working principle:

The material enters from the feed port of the waste wood crusher, and after violent collision with the high-speed hammer, it is hammered and pulled into the acceleration zone, where the particle speed can be increased to close to the end line of the hammer in a short period of time. At full speed, the hammer moves in a circular motion, and a material flow layer is gradually formed at full speed. At the same time, the material is further crushed, and the crushed material is discharged from the discharge of the equipment.

The corners of the wood crushers are welded with high-hardness material like carbon tungsten alloy, the welding layer thickness is 8mm, which can increase the user’s lifetime.	The bottom diameter of the screen is 6mm-12mm, thickness is greater than 4mm. It can be customized according to the customer’s requirements.
The motor and the crushers are directly connected by the coupling, can save more electricity and more efficiency	There is no dead angle during the crushing so the finished product is very fine.
